We are looking for Sr Architect having 6 to 7 Yrs of Experience.
Candidate having experience in Highrise Apartment.
CTC will be 60000 to 70000 /- Per Month ,
Roles & responsibilities as a Senior Architect :
Delegates to core competencies :
1.Ability to prepare statutory drawings/documents
2. Ability to prepare Tender drawings
3. Ability to check consultant drawings with respect to architects and interiors

Key Portfolio Areas (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY ):
1. prepare support information required for presentation.
2. Co-ordinate with juniors and prepare the presentation within the specified timeline.
STATUTORY DRAWINGS/ DRAWINGS
1. Preparation of statutory drawings/ documents for local body clearance
1. Prepare all tender drawings
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT STAGE
1. Prepare all drawings as per agreed timelines
1. Ensure inputs/ details from service / structural consultants incorporated for all drawing
2. Check consultant drawings as per architecture/ interiors
1. Prepare response to RFI pertatining to Arch/ interior design
GENERAL AREAS (SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY):
Graphics, Drawings, schematics, design brief
1. Prepare presentation sequence format
2. Make progressive presentations at later stages
3. Develop concepts at the schematic stages
4. Interact with consultants for service inputs & Design philosophy
5. Interact with clients for sign-offs on design- Arch/ Interiors at different stages to capture information for client signoffs
6. Define specification of materials for tender preparation
7. Attend periodic site visits to resolve design issues
8. Review shops drawings with respect to Architecture and interiors at different stages to capture information for client signoffs
9. Inputs for preparation budgets
10. Contribute to strengthening the firm through organizational initiatives
11. Business Development
12. Being an active part of the developing firms philosophy
13. Bringing in new competitions to notice and applying for competitions
14. Setting up processes and standards in office for better growth of firm.
15. Bringing in new initiatives in the firm to bring in a open culture
