The Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the growth and retention of our
existing client portfolio. We are seeking a proactive individual with a wealth of experience in account
management, adept at identifying upsell opportunities and steering revenue growth. As a key liaison
between the company and its clients, you will be at the forefront of fostering relationships and
enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized service and understanding the unique

● Foster and maintain client relationships through regular interactions.
● Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on
enhancing net retention rates and deriving more business from current clients.
● Formulate and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and ensure client
● Periodically review account performance to optimize growth opportunities.
● Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for account growth and retention.
● Channel client feedback into product development and improvements.
● At least 5 years in account management, preferably in the SaaS or tech sector.
● Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth through
upselling and retention strategies.
● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
● Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
