Engineer – QA
Primary responsibility is to ensure that the BOTs meet quality standards and customer requirements
throughout the production process

Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control processes and systems to ensure that the BOTs meet or exceed
customer expectations and industry standards. This includes defining quality metrics, establishing
testing methodologies, and creating inspection criteria - Conduct routine inspections and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and
finished BOTs; use various measurement and testing equipment to verify conformance to
specifications and identify defects/non-conformances - Maintain quality documentation, such as inspection plans, control charts, and non-conformance
reports - Perform analysis of quality data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement. Utilise
tools and techniques to monitor process capability, control charts, and other quality metrics - Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues or non-conformances; collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to implement
corrective and preventive actions to address these issues - Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and inspection findings.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation that outline quality performance, areas of concern,
and improvement recommendations - Continuously assess and improve quality control processes, methodologies, and procedures.
Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements, cost reductions, and quality improvements by
implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices - Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality control procedures, product
specifications, and inspection techniques - Foster a culture of quality awareness and promote adherence to quality standards across the
organization - Stay updated with relevant quality regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable quality and regulatory standards
Skills and Qualifications:
Location: Bangalore
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as electronics engineering or a related field
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean
Manufacturing, etc.) - Familiarity with quality standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g.,
ISO 9001) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
