‘This position will be reporting to respective RMX Managers in the regions and will be accountable for the following objectives at given work area:
• Achieving Sales and Collection targets in both new and existing RMCs.
• Should have experience in sales of doifferent products like Cement/Aggregates/Admixture to RMX Customers.
• Generating leads and converting them to business.
• Achieve profitability by selling value added products
• Implementing the market development plans under guidance of Zonal Head.
• Need to have good relation in builder developer segment
• Taking initiative for product trial at RMCs in coordination with site QC.
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP: 3-5 years of relevant experience as explained above
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE:
• He should have worked in the sales department of Cement/Aggregate/Admixture/ Ready-Mix Concrete
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong in communication Skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
