Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HQ Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing customer service requests, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Request Management:
    • Log and manage service requests using our CRM system.
    • Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution and closure.
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates and gather feedback.
  2. AMC Proposals and Follow-ups:
    • Prepare and send Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) proposals to clients.
    • Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure AMCs are signed and implemented in a timely manner.
  3. Service Invoicing:
    • Generate service invoices accurately and promptly.
    • Ensure all invoicing details are correct and follow up on any discrepancies.
  4. Customer Communication:
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
    • Provide excellent written and oral communication to address customer inquiries and issues.
    • Be conversant with local languages to improve communication efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  5. CRM Management:
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and service history.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
    • Leverage CRM data to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  6. Technical Skills:
    • Possess excellent computer skills to navigate and utilize various software tools.
    • Experience with Zoho CRM or similar systems will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer care role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages is a bonus.
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is desirable.
