Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop an HR strategy for the India office, which is in line with the overall business objectives• Implement manpower planning helping the fulfillment of current staffing needs of the organization, keeping a sharp check over the costs of hiring

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment process and directly recruit mid-to-senior-level positions; Employ traditional sourcing strategies, actively network and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent

• Define and review salary structure and benefits plan and communicate changes or updates

• Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis ensuring completeness and accurate documentation

• Ensure that all exiting staff clearance forms are submitted before final dues are processed

• Lead the performance management process including creating a plan to manage quarterly and annual reviews, conduct training on goal setting, utilize budgets to organize development activities and work one-on-one with managers and employees

• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the Performance Calibration and final completion

• In respect to the employee relations, you will lead all employee relations with professional grace, lead investigations to resolve issues/conflict in the workplace with close collaboration with all the functions

• Develop supportive plans of action for staff care as part of the overall response strategy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to support the well-being of staff and foster a positive working environment

• Prepare all the HR reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)

• Drive and innovate the Reward and Recognition Program
Must Have- 

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • MBA -HR/PGDM-HR (Mandatory)
  • Prior experience working with a Tech start-up (added advantage)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving experience
  • Ability to be assertive
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Strong personality as a Leader
  • Extremely results and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word. PowerPoint required
