Job Description:
- Develop a highly visible customer acquisition campaigns including responsibility for messaging, scheduling, testing and analyzing the performance and identifying new opportunities based on customer and business data
- Define KPIs and develop marketing plans for various channels, while identifying tactics with high efficiency and incrementality
- Lead detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness, including acquisition results, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
- Collaborate with internal operations, merchandise, creative, and planning teams to maximise impact of sales and astro events
- Work with development and marketing teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow
- Thinking creatively about ways to drive new customer acquisition across non-traditional media and channels
- Reporting on progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related analytical field
- 4 years of relevant experience in an ecommerce / direct response environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience in developing customer acquisition campaigns
- Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
