Assistant Manager / Manager – Product Engineering & Development
Primary responsibility is to ensure creation and delivery of product modifications and continuous
improvement

VP – Manufacturing & After Sales Engineer – PED
Responsibilities:
- Drawing modifications, Design/modification of CAD drawings on SolidWorks
- Product validation and process creation plus validation. Make & approve changes to SOPs for
production - Handle projects from initial concept based on customer/production requirement till
implementation - Reading and understanding of engineering drawings. Drawing corrections, improvement
explaining to vendor - As a part of continuous development, maintain and work on improvement point list
- Ensuring the safe and controlled testing of Robots. Testing of new features and parts on vehicle &
report creations. - For the deployment of new features need to go to customer end for testing and implementations
- Making RCAs and giving preventive solutions for recurring issues
- Support production, quality and SCM in technical issues/specifications
- Experience in DFM and Design for assembly to analyze new products before inducting into
production
Skills and Qualifications:
Location: Bangalore
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/Electronics
- Work experience of at least 6-7 years in an EV manufacturer or motor manufacturer
- Should have experience in production engineering/product development
- Good knowledge in manufacturing process and design
- Capable of solving problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring
- Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts. Debugging of major issues in
production vehicles - Must have worked on SolidWorks
- Good analytical skills to solve multi-disciplinary problems
