Marketing Automation Lead to join our growing Brand Strategy team. As the Marketing Automation Lead, you will be responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives across multiple marketing channels, with a focus on email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Who we are looking forPrior experience in marketing automation or digital marketing for a high-growth B2B technology business.Hands-on experience in setting up automated campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar marketing automation toolsExpertise in implementing web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, etc.Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholdersAbility to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high-growth environmentStrategic mindset to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goalsComfortable working under tight deadlines and strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projectsKnowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations. Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails.Collaborate with the content marketing team to create landing pages and forms to capture lead information.Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and adjust tactics to improve results.Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform and CRM integration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Work with the sales team to ensure that lead data is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.Support the marketing team in other initiatives, including event promotion, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
