Dy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager – Sales Cum Account Management

Location: Mumbai/Noida
The Role
As part of the Business development, responsible for winning mandates and maintaining client
relationships, identifying new leads and converting them.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Identifying potential clients, generating leads, converting leads into mandates,
maintaining relationship with existing clients and mining clients for additional work,
ensuring that client requirements are adequately met during the course of the project.
o Hunting and Farming in the Pvt Banking and NBFC
o Maintain a database of clients and prospects; update the list of contacts
regularly; Building and nurturing client relationships
o Ensure regular interaction with clients and prospects
o Regular interactions with clients on Live projects and obtain feedback
o Interactions with Live and past clients with a view to identify opportunities for
further engagement
o Providing updates to Head – Business Development, Sector Heads and Project
Managers on market and client related developments
o Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.
o Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal
requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal
priorities; recommending equity investments.
o Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and
negotiating contracts.
The Candidate:
• Degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce/Management with post graduate
qualification in Management from Tier 2 Premier institute
• Work experience of at least 8-10 years in selling to Banks.
• Excellent contacts and relationship with Banks
• Good understanding of the BFS industry and clients in the sector
• Strong propensity for sales and relationship management
• Should have the ability to generate business and capacity to handle a team
Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.
Information Security Responsibility – Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of organization
information. Report Security Breaches immediately to CISO
Compensation: per Company pay-scale
