Manager – Sales
Primary responsibility is to ensure sales targets are surpassed across targeted markets and industries

Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies for developing business solutions and achieving the organisation’s goals
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour and develop strategies and action plans
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key
demographics - Identify and engage with new customers across the territory
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Evangelize the product, delight customers by anticipating/understanding their needs and
proposing the best solutions - Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s
relationship with them - Generating leads and close deals to meet the organisation’s growth objectives
- Develop techno-commercial documents or presentations to explain the product information,
pricing, benefits, etc. - Implement the company’s marketing & branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation
/ positioning in the marketplace - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry associations, etc. in the territory
Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a start-up environment
- Previous experience in the robotics/automation industry
- Must have handled automotive customers
- Proven record showcasing strategic customer wins
- Ability to translate business strategies into implementation
- Aware of commercial aspects of the business
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management
- Openness to travel
Location: Bangalore (handling South India except Karnataka)
