- 16+ years of relevant experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor.
- Expert knowledge of Compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plans and administration.
- Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent.
- Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis.
- Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills.
- High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement
- Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks
- Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills.
