Senior Manager – Pre-sales & Solutions
Primary responsibility is to ensure creation of the ‘right’ solutions for the customer

VP – Sales & Marketing Pre-Sales Team
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales team and customer to understand their challenges, collect their
requirement and advise them on the SoW (scope of work) - Create and deliver technical presentations to support Sales
- Ensure demos are conducted timely and demo reports are created for each demo
- Create an initial SoW
- Create solutions for customers leveraging Ati’s capabilities to address customer requirements
- Determine technical risk and issues; suggest mitigation options
- Work with Sales to develop proposals that align with customer requirements and pricing (in
case of custom requirements) - Develop the final SoW before deployment
- Work with Engineering and/or manufacturing to ensure deployment of the right solution (in
case of custom requirements) - Assess the performance of the solution during the initial period of deployment
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and conduct competitor analysis to identify the
company’s unique selling points and differentiators. Leverage this knowledge to position the
company’s offerings effectively - Provide technical assistance and support throughout the sales cycle
- Responsible for the management of the team including performance management and
competency building activities - Work in collaboration with Human Resources in retaining high performers and fostering an
open and transparent work environment - Contribute to organizational capability building as a member of the Leadership team
Skills and Qualifications:
Location: Bangalore
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B pre-sales in industrial automation/robotics
- Must have handled international customers
- Ability to translate business strategies into implementation
- Aware of commercial aspects of the business
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, provide inspirational Leadership and mentor high performers
