- Proven track record in sales, especially in water treatment solutions.
- Hands-on experience with selling membrane-based solutions, including STP, WTP, RO, and ETP plants.
- Experience in the wastewater or industrial water treatment industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional time management and strategic planning capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (B.Sc./B.Tech. preferred).
