Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to drive business
growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of international sales
experience, preferably in trauma care, emergency medical products, and safety kits. This
role requires strong sales acumen, market development skills, and a deep understanding of
distributor management in international territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand Axio Biosolutions footprint
in key markets. - Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in target regions.
- Drive B2B sales with hospitals, military, emergency services, and government
- procurement agencies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and
healthcare professionals. - Ensure regulatory compliance and market entry strategies for diQerent geographies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential growth
opportunities. - Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote
Axio’s products. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with
distributors and stakeholders. - Work closely with product development, marketing, and regulatory teams to align salese efforts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through eQective pipeline management.
