Head – Civil, Projects & Maintenance – Experience : 10+ yrs – Technical depth in civil engineering, and sustainable infrastructure.

Location : Yelahanka, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution
   • Lead planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of civil projects (buildings, roads, utilities, landscaping).
   • Prepare and monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to statutory standards.
2. Maintenance Programming
   • Develop and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for infrastructure, buildings, and facilities.
   • Conduct periodic inspections and lifecycle assessments to pro­actively address infrastructure needs.
3. Compliance, Safety & Sustainability
   • Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, and local building regulations.
   • Integrate sustainable practices—water harvesting, energy-efficient fixtures, waste management, etc.
4. Team & Vendor Management
   • Supervise maintenance teams, civil contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.
   • Advocate for best practices in procurement, contracting, and vendor performance.
5. Financial Management
   • Conduct cost estimation, budget planning, spending control, and financial reporting for civil maintenance and capital projects.
6. Continuous Improvement
   • Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives and adopt technological innovations (e.g., automation tools, condition monitoring, sustainable materials).
