JOB DESCRIPTION Generating effective leads.
Conducting meeting to change prospective leads into buyer.
Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in luxury real
estate.
In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market and
its unique buyer expectations.
Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction
and closing the deals.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the
existing clients to achieve business targets.
Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular
basis, providing redress to all their queries,
Complaints and maintaining good client relation.
Specification Candidate should have Good communication and Negations skills
Experience in Real estate Developers
CTC As per company standard.
