THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS

  1. Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team – based out of Bengaluru
  2. Reporting to the Director (based out of Bengaluru)
  3. Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the
    organization.
  4. Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view of
    the market and the company’s future
  5. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by
    planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  6. Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, business
    partners and authorities
  7. Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates /
    organisation.
  8. Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involved
    in domestic and international and travel & MICE
  9. Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks
  10. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensurecompany survival and growth.
  11. Eligibility Criteria –
  12. Proven experience of 4- 8 years in the Business Development / Sales Manager’s role
    handling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru.
  13. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  14. Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in Hospitality industry that influence
    the company
  15. Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance
  16. Familiarity with management best practices
  17. Excellent organizational, and leadership skills
  18. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  19. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  20. Technically strong and updated -, CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process
