Job Responsibilities:
- Helping the franchisee to grow in the assigned area by planning the activities, advertising with franchisee and get it executed.
- Adding new Franchisees to the business.
- Retention.
- Monthly planning, supporting the team, and Building relationships
- The candidate should be willing to travel across Mumbai.
- Good communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi)
- Excellent presentation & Leadership skills
- Experience in franchisee management, branch management or channel partnership will be an added advantage
