Qualification B.E. or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical or Electronics)
Welding certifications if any will be welcome but not the only criteria

Job Responsibilities
● Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
● Understand and adapt to the style of welding equipment trial and prepare value base analysis report.
● Do robotic programming and conduct the trial in the company or at customer site.
● Welding parameter setting for mechanized or robotic welding systems.
● Interpret welding related requirements and troubleshoot welding problems.
● Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
● Responsible for working with the service team towards commissioning of new systems.
● Conduct regular training to the production team of customers.
● Resolves application problems and improves current methods to increase productivity.
● Preparing application or trial report to ensure highest quality of work.
● Work with coordination with the Application team to ensure best service support to all customers.
● Should be ready for extensive traveling across the territory and outside territory as well in case of emergency.
● Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
● Should submit the required Application & Trail reports on a timely basis with the Head Office.
● Make the customer aware of issues from local spares and the reason to buy spares and ask them to maintain an SOS spares inventory.
● Responsible for working with customers at the Demonstration Center / lab.

& System Integrators.
