Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive with 4-6 years of outbound sales
experience to help us grow our B2B pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable
with cold outreach, discovery calls, and consultative selling, and who understands how to
sell complex, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with marketing, leadership, and delivery teams to understand market
realities and convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the outbound sales motion across email, LinkedIn, and calls
● Prospect and engage mid-market and enterprise accounts, including PE-backed and
tech-led companies
● Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs
● Present Tatras’ offerings in a value- and outcome-led manner
Manage the sales pipeline from first touch to deal closure
● Work with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and ICP
● Maintain accurate records in CRM and share regular pipeline updates
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
● 4-6 years of experience in outbound B2B sales
● Proven track record of cold outreach and lead conversion
● Experience selling technology, SaaS, data, or AI solutions (preferred)
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Comfortable engaging with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers
● Ability to work in US time zones
● Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
● Hands on experience with using AI tools for generating sales conte
