end IT, networking, software, and security solutions to enterprise, government, and
infrastructure customers.
Objective / Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for Direct Sales, Business Development, and Account Management of IT,
Networking, Software, Observability Platforms, and Security Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and business development of IT & Communication Solutions.
  • Networking technologies including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Telephony, and
    Video Conferencing.
  • Security solutions such as Cybersecurity, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, and
    IAM.
  • Advanced Software and Observability Platforms.
  • Identify new opportunities, prospect new accounts, and manage the sales cycle from
    lead generation to closure.
  • Account mapping and relationship building with IT, Purchase, Finance, and Security
    stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial
    solutions.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, and bids.
  • Sales planning, forecasting, weekly commits, and pipeline management.
  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, and payment collection targets.
  • Focus on Medium & Large Enterprises, Government & Defense, and Infrastructure
    sectors.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of IT Networking, Software, and Security Solutions.
  • Solution selling experience in complex IT environments.
  • Working knowledge of vendors like Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, Ruckus.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and commercial bidding processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

  • Doing sales with Channel Partners & OEM sales profiles are NOT required.
  • Candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of the Indian market.
