end IT, networking, software, and security solutions to enterprise, government, and
infrastructure customers.
Objective / Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for Direct Sales, Business Development, and Account Management of IT,
Networking, Software, Observability Platforms, and Security Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and business development of IT & Communication Solutions.
- Networking technologies including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Telephony, and
Video Conferencing. - Security solutions such as Cybersecurity, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM, and
IAM. - Advanced Software and Observability Platforms.
- Identify new opportunities, prospect new accounts, and manage the sales cycle from
lead generation to closure. - Account mapping and relationship building with IT, Purchase, Finance, and Security
stakeholders. - Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical and commercial
solutions. - Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, proposals, and bids.
- Sales planning, forecasting, weekly commits, and pipeline management.
- Achieve revenue, gross margin, and payment collection targets.
- Focus on Medium & Large Enterprises, Government & Defense, and Infrastructure
sectors. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of IT Networking, Software, and Security Solutions.
- Solution selling experience in complex IT environments.
- Working knowledge of vendors like Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, Ruckus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and commercial bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- Networking certifications (CCNA / CCNP) are an advantage.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Doing sales with Channel Partners & OEM sales profiles are NOT required.
- Candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of the Indian market.
