Roles & Responsibilities
•Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing invoices, tracking payments, chasing debts, and managing vendor/customer accounts.
•Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately entering financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, journals, and filing financial documents.
•Bank & Account Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with internal records and identifying discrepancies.
•Expense Management: Processing employee expense reports and reimbursements.
•Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing and related documents.
•Financial Reporting Support: Helping prepare financial statements, budgets, and audit documentation.
•Administrative Tasks: Handling mail, emails, phone calls, and general office support for the finance team.
•Petty Cash: Managing and recording small cash transactions.
