Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruitment:
- Assist in managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate
onboarding. - Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and fit for roles.
- Explore various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and
referrals.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company
culture.
Candidate Experience: - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and
feedback. - Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
Data Management: - Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.
Market Research: - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
