Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Banquet Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving banquet sales through walk-in clients as well as corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end event coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and understand their event requirements
  • Promote banquet services for weddings, parties, and social events
  • Generate business by connecting with corporate companies for events, conferences, and meetings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Handle event bookings, negotiations, and closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business

Requirements

  • Proven experience in banquet sales / event sales / hospitality sales
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and events simultaneously
  • Good networking skills with corporate clients
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling corporate events and large gatherings
  • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
