Key responsibilities
● Define and implement the cloud sales strategy to meet business goals.
● Lead large enterprise deals from discovery to closure.
● Drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships with existing strategic
accounts.
● Build, lead, and coach DG & ISRs and teams.
● Set sales KPIs, governance, and forecasting standards.
● Develop and execute account-based and vertical-focused GTM strategies.
● Strengthen partnerships with Google and other cloud ecosystem partners.
● Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure
smooth delivery.
● Promote value-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
● Ensure accurate sales forecasts and predictable revenue.
● Identify new market opportunities and potential service offerings.
● Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal structures.
● Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
● Act as a senior escalation point for key customers.
Who we are looking for
● 10 years of experience in IT / Cloud Sales with a strong enterprise sales track record.
● Proven success in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation solutions.
● Demonstrated experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
● Strong background in executive-level selling and navigating complex deal cycles.
● Experience in driving new logo acquisition and large multi-year deals.
● Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in a fast-growing organization.
● Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
Must-Have Skills:
● Deep understanding of GCP, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS,and O365.
● Minimum 8 years of experience selling cloud solutions at enterprise scale.
● Strong command over enterprise sales processes and value-based selling.
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Proven ability to navigate CXO-level conversations and multiple decision-makers.
