Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the centre / franchisees in executing marketing activities.
  • Promote SIP Abacus programs.
  • Motivate franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives.
  • Work towards increasing student admissions across centres.
  • Identify and acquire franchisees through marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns with franchise partners

Education, Qualification & Skills required:

  • Any degree from a recognised university.
  • Minimum 3+years of experience in sales and business development (Edtech, insurance, telecom, or banking sector).
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Target oriented
  • Language fluency in English & Tamil is a MUST, Hindi will be an added advantage.

Other Criteria:

  • Should be proactive, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with parents and school authorities.
  • Be willing to work on weekends (mainly Sundays) for promotional events and parent interactions.
  • Own a two-wheeler for travel.
  • Willingness to travel within Chennai for marketing and business development activities
