Job Location: Vidarbha
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Franchisee Training & Support.
- Manage the franchisees (15–20 centres) under your jurisdiction
- Responsible for franchise Expansion and ensure good relationship.
- Ensure student retention and manage activities across the allocated schools.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Any degree from a recognized university, MBA degree will be an added advantage.
- 3+years experience in Ed-Tech, Baking, Telecom and/or Insurance sector preferred.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly excel to generate reports.
- Strong presentation, communication, people management, team coordination, team handling, team building, Channel management, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Language proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi
- Travel across Vidarbha region
