Job Responsibilities:
- Franchise acquisition and supporting the franchisee in Marketing and developing the business in the assigned area. LCLs required to be supported / managed – 12 plus
- Ensure presentation, planning and executing the events for new business and revenue generation.
- Explore the new area, visiting schools, getting the permissions from the schools for the events.
- Conduct promotional activities.
- Travelling in and around PCMC and Pune district.
Qualification & Skills required:
- Any degree from a recognized University
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in franchisee acquisition & Coordination
- Language proficiency in English & Marathi (Hindi preferred)
- Good presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (experience in field sales)
- Team handling experience of >5 direct team members
