Job Description Knowledge
1. Hands on Experience in Commissioning & Service of Fire Alarm system, CCTV cameras, Access
systems, Public Addressing system & Entrance Access Systems (Boom barriers, Tripods, P-
Gates)
2. Extensive knowledge of CC camera’s taking back up and commissioning
3. Good knowledge on Software and Hardware of Fire Alarm Systems on UL & EN listed
products
4. Part of Access control systems all Honeywell series, HID Controller & Tyco systems
5. Assisting customer to design test plans and test case by understanding their environment.
6. Conducting discussions on a regular basis for the analysis of technical complaints handled by
the technical team for network optimization.
7. Preparation of site survey report, requisition of materials as per BOQ and execution of site
within the line of BOM.
8. Should Worked on client’s projects in troubleshooting the problems with respect to their build
system and projects.
Knowledge/Experience:
1. Basic knowledge on Networking: LAN/WAN, Network Attached Storage (NAS),
TCP/IP, VPN, Brocade switches/directors
2. Commissioning, installation, communication testing, functionality of the system,
handling of Addressable / conventional panels, intrusion alarm systems,
knowledge on Access systems & Extensive knowledge of all windows operating
systems. PA systems & IP CCTV systems
Skills/Responsibilities
1. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service
skills.
2. Co-ordinate with consultant for necessary approval for project
3. Prepare contract budgets for project & ensure that the same is not exceeded.
4. Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review
meetings.
5. Commissioning testing of integrated Building management system including CCTV,
Access control, fire alarm & PA system and Boom Barriers.
6. List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters
set.
7. Be a part of Engineers team, providing suitable solutions to Engineering & contract
team.
8. Provided Product Training to various Clients.
9. Technical specification to the vendors to maintain the standard of work.
