Role Overview
- Location: Worli, Mumbai (Hybrid/WFH with occasional client visits)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) | Sat (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits.
- Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliances and advisory.
- Handle International Taxation and Transfer Pricing matters.
- Draft professional opinions, consult with clients, and manage certifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to auditing and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Audit and Tax (post-articleship preferred).
- Location: Must be a resident of Mumbai for necessary client site visits.
