- Drive net-new enterprise and mid-market account acquisition (60% time allocation).
- Maintain a healthy, rigorous pipeline with 3x quota coverage at all times.
- Generate at least 60% of your pipeline through self-sourced outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with our CBO, Product, and Marketing teams to map market needs.
β‘ Who we are looking for:
- Experience: 6β9 years in B2B enterprise sales with a proven track record of closing ARR-based deals (experience in SaaS, fintech infrastructure, API, or BFSI sales is a major plus!).
- The “Hunter” Mentality: You don’t wait for inbound leads or marketing funnels. You love building your own pipeline and winning competitive accounts.
- Commercial Rigour: Exceptional consultative selling skills, comfortable pitching to C-suite/VP-level buyers, and a history of annual ARR attainment between βΉ60LββΉ1.5Cr.
