We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive new business acquisition across North India. If you have a track record of navigating complex B2B sales cycles independently and want an uncapped, aggressive incentive structure, we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New ARR: Own the full sales cycle (60% time allocation) from prospecting to closing mid-market and enterprise accounts across HR, Finance, and IT verticals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy 3x quota coverage with structured deal execution and accurate CRM forecasting.
  • Pure Hunting: Independently self-source at least 60% of your pipeline—no relying on marketing inbound leads or farming existing accounts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 5–8 years in B2B enterprise SaaS, fintech infrastructure, API, or HR tech sales.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated annual ARR attainment of ₹60L–₹1.5Cr with a target win rate of 25%+.
  • Sales DNA: Exceptional consultative selling skills, ability to close deals within a 45–60 day cycle, and comfort pitching to C-suite/VP-level buyers..
