As a Senior Visualiser – Space Design (3D), you will conceptualize, design, and deliver experiential event spaces,
set layouts, venue schematics, and branded environments that elevate client experiences. This role requires
translating strategic briefs into powerful 3D designs while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely,
high-quality, and brand-aligned visual outcomes.
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in 3D space
design, preferably within experiential, events,
or exhibition industries. - Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end
conceptualization of 3D event spaces, booths,
and installations. - Mastery in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp,
AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and
CorelDRAW. - In-depth knowledge of spatial layout, materials,
lighting, and audience flow.
- Design-Led Conceptualization for Event Experiences
Lead end-to-end 3D spatial design processes—from ideation to execution—for conferences, exhibitions,
MICE, brand activations, and integrated venue environments while upholding the visual identity and
brand essence of each client. - Creative Direction & Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration
Review, guide, and mentor junior designers while coordinating with project managers, content strategists,
and production teams to ensure creative feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution. - Material & Layout Intelligence for Impactful Execution
Develop precise working drawings and select materials that combine aesthetics with function. Apply a
deep understanding of textures, ergonomics, and finishes to enhance the physical experience of the space. - Innovation in Set & Structure Planning
Design layouts, booth setups, and event spaces using architectural thinking and narrative-based design
logic, bringing together spatial awareness with audience engagement. - Client-Focused Visual Storytelling
Interpret client briefs with a strategic lens and translate requirements into visually immersive
environments that resonate with target audiences and key messaging.
Team Efficiency & Design Quality Management
Ensure adherence to timelines, design standards, and delivery schedules while proactively upgrading
design skillsets, tools, and design language across the team.
On-Site Design Supervision & Execution Alignment
Collaborate with production and fabrication teams during setup to ensure that final installations align precisely with 3D designs, resolving any last-minute visual discrepancies and upholding design integrity on-ground.
