Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and own the Salesforce service sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate a robust sales pipeline within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation and compelling client presentations to solution positioning, managing RFP/RFI responses, and negotiating contracts to closure.
• Collaborate closely with our talented technical pre-sales and delivery teams to architect and present customized Salesforce solutions that address specific client challenges.
• Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Salesforce account executives, key partners, and our most valued clients.
• Stay at the forefront of Salesforce trends, releases, and partner programs to ensure we are always offering the most innovative and effective solutions.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, providing regular and transparent reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications: • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT sales with a strong and demonstrable focus on Salesforce services and solutions. • A proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-large Salesforce deals across a variety of industries. • Deep and comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange. • A strong and established network within the Salesforce partner and customer community. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels. • Proven experience working effectively with global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
