Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Manager with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in luxury
retail, fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
This person will own and manage the brand’s digital and social ecosystem end-to-
end, from content planning and campaign execution to agency coordination, shoot
management, and identifying opportunities to consistently elevate the brand across
platforms
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creatively sharp, culturally aware,
and deeply invested in building aspirational brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Social Media Management
Own the end-to-end management of the brand’s digital and social media
presence
Create and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, storytelling, and brand identity
Monitor platform performance, trends, and audience engagement
Campaign Planning & Execution
Conceptualise and execute digital campaigns, launches, seasonal moments,
and occasion-based communication
Identify relevant cultural moments, festivals, trends, and opportunities for
brand participation
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure
timely execution
Content & Shoot Coordination
Coordinate and manage shoots including campaign shoots, product shoots,
festive content, and social-first content
Work with photographers, stylists, production teams, influencers, and creative
partners
Oversee content output from ideation to final delivery
Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with creative, media, influencer, production, and digital agencies
Review deliverables and ensure quality control across all assets
Drive timelines, feedback loops, approvals, and execution efficiency
Strategy & Growth
Continuously identify ways to improve brand communication and digital
presence
Stay updated on luxury, fashion, jewellery, retail, and social media trends
Bring fresh ideas for content formats, collaborations, influencer activations,
and audience engagement
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure seamless alignment
between marketing campaigns and online availability, including product
readiness, offer visibility, e-commerce specific promotions, and timely
execution across digital platforms.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in brand management, social media, digital
marketing, or content strategy
Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or premium/lifestyle
brands preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X,
Pinterest, and evolving digital platforms, with the agility to adapt to emerging
tools, trends, and channels over time
Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google
Business Profile, scheduling/publishing tools, and other content or marketing
platforms
Excellent aesthetic sense and understanding of luxury communication
Strong project management and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working across both strategic planning and hands-on execution
as the scope of the role evolves with the brand’s growth
