We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Executive to drive our PAN India B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling Aluminum Flat Rolled Products (FRP) , including Aluminum Coils, Sheets, Foil-stock. Your primary mandate will be to identify, pitch to, and secure long-term business contracts with major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and industrial buyers across India.
Key Responsibilities
● New Client Acquisition (B2B): Identify and penetrate potential OEM accounts, commercial manufacturers, and corporate buyers across India needing aluminum raw materials.
● OEM Management: Actively target and secure business in our major application segments: Transformer Winding, Cable Wrap, LED Housing, HVAC/Insulation, Automobiles, Fan Blades, and Railway Coach components.
● Technical Consultation: Understand client technical drawings and requirements; recommend the appropriate Alloy and Temper variants (e.g., 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, and 8xxx series ) based on our factory’s capabilities.
● Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, cold calling, sending commercial proposals, price negotiations, to contract closure and payment recovery.
● Market Intelligence: Keep a close track of international and domestic aluminum price trends (LME/MCX), competitor moves, and emerging market demands.
● Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with our plant production and logistics teams to ensure client technical specifications (Thickness, Width, Length parameters) and delivery timelines are strictly met.
Mandatory Candidate Profile & Experience
● Industry Background: Strictly from Aluminum Sheet, Coil, Foil, or Extrusion
● Product Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of Flat Rolled Products (FRP) , including different Tempers (O, H14, H24, etc.) and Alloys like AA 1050, 1060, 3003, 3105, 5005, and 8011.
● Network Base: Existing relationships with OEMs in sectors like electrical transformers, cable wrapping, refrigeration/appliances, and architectural/facade fabricators.
● Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and corporate communication skills.
● Travel: Ready to travel extensively across PAN India for corporate/OEM client meetings.

● Specialty Stock: Foil-stock coils for Pharmaceutical & House foil industries.
