Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Insurance Manager to oversee all insurance-related activities for our automobile business. The candidate will be responsible for managing motor insurance operations, policy issuance and renewals, claims coordination, customer support, and maintaining relationships with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage motor insurance sales, renewals, and policy issuance.
Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for smooth policy processing.
Handle insurance claims and ensure timely claim settlements.
Monitor policy renewals and achieve renewal targets.
Guide customers regarding insurance products, coverage, and claim procedures.
Maintain records of insurance policies, claims, and customer documentation.
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to insurance services.
Negotiate with insurance partners for better service and business support.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and insurance performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim processes.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Certification in Insurance (if applicable) will be an added advantage.
Experience
10 to 15 years of experience in motor insurance operations within an automobile dealership or automotive industry.
Salary as per company standards and candidate experience. Preferred Industry Experience: Automobile Dealerships, Automotive Retail and Motor Insurance only
