Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the
execution of ventilation and industrial equipment projects from order receipt to final
commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating,
monitoring, and controlling all project activities while ensuring timely delivery, quality
compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
 Manage complete project lifecycle from project kick-off to final handover.
 Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution
strategies.
 Single point of contact for customer as well as internal team coordinations
with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Site
Teams.
 Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and contractual
requirements.
 Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions whenever required.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
 Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
 Conduct project review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
 Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
 Handle project-related communications, approvals, and documentation.

Commercial & Contract Management
 Review customer contracts, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
 Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, invoicing, and profitability.
 Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
 Manage variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.
Cross-Functional Coordination
 Work closely with engineering teams for design approvals and technical
clarifications.
 Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
 Support manufacturing and site execution teams to resolve project issues.
 Ensure seamless coordination between internal departments and external
vendors.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
 Ensure compliance with project quality standards and customer specifications.
 Monitor adherence to company safety policies and statutory requirements.
 Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance activities.
 Provide after sales service support and query resolutions.
Reporting & Documentation
 Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
 Maintain project documentation, schedules, risk registers, and project records.
 Present project performance updates to management.
Desired Skills
 Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Sound knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera, or
equivalent).
 Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
 Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience Requirements
 7–10 years of experience in project management within industrial equipment,
ventilation systems, EPC, manufacturing, power, mining, cement, steel, or
infrastructure sectors.
 Experience in handling multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
 Exposure to site execution, commissioning, and customer coordination.
