Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Recruitment Specialist** to lead our end-to-end recruitment process. This role is crucial for our scale-up phase. The ideal candidate will be a “doer” who has handled full-cycle recruitment within a **Service Broker stockbroking firm**.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to finalizing candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
Targeted Hiring: Focus strictly on recruitment for our specialized needs. Please note, this role does *not* include HR generalist, payroll, or accounting functions, as these are handled by our dedicated internal teams.
Scalability: Work effectively in a high-growth environment, as we are looking to expand our operations.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in stockbroking recruitment, specifically for **service brokers
* *Note:* Experience with discount brokers or pure HR agencies is not suitable.
Skillset: Demonstrable success in managing the full recruitment funnel independently.
* **Gender:** Female candidate preferred.
* **Style:** We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on professional who can take full ownership of the recruitment pipeline without needing assistance.
* **Availability:** Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period (15–30 days) are highly preferred.

* **Salary Bracket:** 4 Lakhs – 7 Lakhs per annum (plus incentives).
