Job Purpose
To support the Human Resources function by managing Payroll process, Statutory Compliance, End-to-End Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, HR reporting, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Employee Records Management, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and employee relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
❖Payroll Management
1.Monitor attendance, leave records, and attendance regularisation.
2.Process monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
3.Coordinate with finance and payroll service providers to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
4.Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, reimbursements, and payroll discrepancies.
❖HR Compliance & Documentation
1.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
2.Maintain statutory and audit-related documentation.
3.Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
4.Coordinate statutory filings, inspections, and audits, and maintain related records and registers.
5.Support preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory authorities.
❖Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2.Handle hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
3.Manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
4.Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain candidate databases.
5.Prepare recruitment MIS and tracking hiring metrics
❖Onboarding & Induction
1.Complete joining formalities and documentation for new employees.
2.Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
3.Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
❖Employee Records Management
1.Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records.
2.Ensure timely updating of employee information and documentation.
3.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
❖Employee Engagement
1.Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
2.Support employee recognition and reward initiatives.
3.Promote employee communication and participation in engagement programs.
❖Exit Management
1.Coordinate employee separation processes, including resignation formalities, clearance, and exit interviews.
2.Maintain exit records and prepare attrition reports.
3.Process full and final settlements in coordination with payroll and finance teams.
❖HR Reports & MIS
1.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and dashboards.
2.Maintain manpower reports, recruitment trackers, attrition reports, and employee databases.
Qualifications
1.Graduated in any discipline
2.5 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Payroll, Recruitment and HR operations.
