The role involves pre-sales support for safety and security systems, focusing on solution design, client engagement, market research, and negotiation skills.
Key respnsibilities:
- Build compelling proposals, demonstrate solutions, and support sales teams.
- Maintain strong OEM relationships (Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens, etc.) and market pricing knowledge.
- Participate in tenders (GEM, BMRCL, BHEL) with negotiation expertise.
- Develop solutions through problem definition, gap analysis, and scope estimation.
- Conduct industry and competitor research, identify opportunities, and innovate.
- Create presentations, documentation, and deliver demonstrations and training.
- Explore how data science and machine learning can enhance projects.
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competition.
- Manage CRM opportunities, report analytics, and suggest commercial models.
- Possess storytelling
- Certification in VMA / Fire / ACS / Analytics
- Problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a learning mindset.
