Role Overview & Key Requirements
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee regional operations across Pune, Western Maharashtra, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Kalyan, managing 50+ franchises and a direct team of 4+ members.
- Industry Background: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience across Banking, Insurance, or Telecom (a combination of these sectors is highly preferred).
- Core Qualifications:
- Proven track record in franchise/dealer appointment and management.
- At least 4+ years of team handling experience.
- Strong expertise in franchisee/people management and presentation skills.
- Multi-language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Candidates should not have frequent job changes and must not be entirely from the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint new franchisees and drive child/student registrations.
- Manage and retain existing business accounts and children enrolled.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams to improve overall state profitability.
- Travel extensively across designated regional territories.
