▪ Minimum 2 – 05 years (Degree)
▪ Minimum 04 – 07 years (Diploma)
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Understanding of QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Knowledge of verifying:
o COC (Certificate of Conformity)
o TC (Test Certificates)
o Type Test Reports - Experience in:
o Inspection of DG sets or rotating equipment
o Manufacturing and testing of engines and alternators - Familiarity with:
o DGS&D / GeM / Government procurement standards
o Relevant Indian Standards (IS), including:
▪ IS 10002 – DG Set Specifications
▪ IS 4722 – Rotating Electrical Machines
▪ IS 13018 – Engine Performance - Strong expertise in:
- o DG set inspection procedures and requirements
- o Review and validation of inspection documents
