Must-Haves
- 4–8 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics, basic animations)
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings
- Experience editing videos for digital platforms and social media
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
- Comfortable working in a startup, ad- hoc, fast-changing environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant video work
Good-to-Have
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve (color grading advantage)
- Basic sound design and audio mixing skills
- Experience editing performance or ad- focused content
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools or workflows
- Experience working with SaaS, tech, or product companies
- Ability to create simple thumbnails or visual assets
