Description-
1. Basic knowledge of Patent Act/Patent law
2. Has basic knowledge of patent prosecution and is able to draft responses to FER
3. Has basic knowledge of patent drafting of claims and specifications – is able to draft
upto 60% expectations, then he/she can be considered, anything above 75% in this
area is an easy hire.
4. If someone is strong in prosecution (Indian or Foreign) and has basic knowledge of
drafting of claims, spec, etc. (even though he has never drafted a case)) can turn out
to be a good candidate for an associate role.
5. Basic knowledge in technical knowledge/subject matter/engineering domain.
