* Education: MBA preferred, or B.E. / B.Tech.
Compensation & Availability
* Budget (CTC): ₹30–35 LPA (stretchable up to ₹40 LPA for the right candidate).
Role & Priority
* Position: Senior Sales Head (Bangalore location).
* Priority Level: Highest priority role to be closed within 15 days. All other active mandates (Project Manager, Service Manager, Key Account Manager) are paused until this is fulfilled.
Candidate Profile & Experience
* Total Experience: 15–20 years.
* Age Limit: 40–45 years
* Regional Experience: Strong South India sales track record (e.g., Regional Sales Manager – South) initially, with Pan-India capability.
* Domain / Technical Background:
* ICT Domain: Networking products (routers, switches, wireless tech, video conferencing) and/or Physical Security Solutions (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, PA systems, boom barriers).
* Sales Model: Direct B2B / Corporate sales and hands-on team handling. Pure channel sales profiles will not be accepted.
