Key Skills:
Ø Experience in handling high rise projects with good understanding of structural, plumbing & electrical & architectural drawings.
Ø Highrise building project experience preferred
Ø Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
Ø Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
Ø Preference for experience in developer’s office
Ø Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
Ø Co-ordination with Execution team, site visits for design accuracy check
