Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Scilab scripts for engineering, simulations, and data processing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define automation solutions
- Provide estimates and track tasks (JIRA)
- Perform testing, validation, and debugging
- Build and maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines, automated build/test/deploy workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide them in Scilab development, debugging, and problem-solving approaches
- Conduct hands-on sessions / code reviews to upskill team members
Deliverables
- Develop Scilab-based automation tools/applications for engineering use cases
- Enhance and sustain existing automation tools and scripts
- Provide documentation, validation, and user support
- Conduct training sessions, create knowledge material, and enable junior engineers to independently use and develop Scilab-based solutions
Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree
