Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining product
requirements and working closely with engineering teams to
translate business needs into value-driven product features.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both
business requirements and technology, with the ability to work
closely with stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the
product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them
into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define
the product roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify
opportunities.
Create user stories, workflows, and detailed requirement
documentation.
Work with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of
product features
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, and wireframing
tools.
Knowledge of CPaaS systems and emerging trends in
communication technologies.
Industry background:
CPaaS, CCaaS, AI Bots , Email or Telco.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis,
preferably with experience working closely with technology and
engineering teams.
